I failed at Vegan Mofo. I didn't post as much as I had wanted to and I never did a big wrap-up post. Ah, well. It has inspired me to keep posting more often though. So fear not my fellow readers, I will start posting more often that I was before Mofo, but not as often as during Mofo.
No go forth and drink some Apple Cider while it's still in season.
And since I'm under the impression that Buttershots Schnapps is vegan, you can add a little bit to your apple cider to make it taste like a caramel apple. (If you see somewhere that shows it's not, let me know!)

Hope you keep updating! I try (almost) all of your recipes!!
This is a great blog and since I have to be at least as broke as you, it will be very handy as a resource too!! Good work!
And the drink sounds AWESOME!
That's awesome! Writing this blog has made me realize that I don't have a whole lot of variety in my food. I need to work on that.
Tofu Mom - yeah, I would say I'm pretty broke. I go to school full-time and work part-time. I only get paid twice a month, so sometimes it gets rough at the end of my paycheck.
i really like your blog allicia. i've tagged you again. you can play if you want, but i won't be offended if you don't partake. see my blog for details.
Thanks, Jen. :o)
If you tagged me again, does that mean you've tagged me before? If so, I must've missed that post.
I thought Buttershots was going to be vegan, too, because it smells exactly like artificial butterscotch candies, but then I noticed that it says "contains milk" on the bottle. (it's their new "BURST" label) At least it mentioned the milk... most alcohol doesn't give anything to check.
Hmm, I have the regular one and it doesn't mention milk anywhere. When you pour it out its totally clear so it doesn't look milky. I seriously have a liter of this stuff and I have barely used any. I should figure out other stuff to do with it.
Was it ever confirmed if Buttershots is vegan?
